These Terms govern the use of services offered by Sudz Laundry, a registered trade name (DBA) of Village Subs, Inc., a New Mexico corporation.

Services

Sudz Laundry provides:

• Self-service laundry
• Wash & Fold
• Commercial laundry
• Locker drop-off and pickup
• Online payment processing

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Promptly retrieve completed orders.
• Verify order information before submission.
• Notify us of any issues within a reasonable period.

Payments

Orders requiring payment must be paid before release. Payment processing is performed securely through Stripe.

Locker Service

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of temporary and pickup PINs.

SMS Notifications

By providing a mobile number during an order, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding:

• Order updates
• Payment requests
• Pickup instructions
• Locker assignments
• Customer support

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Village Subs, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
