Service terms
Wash & Fold service is billed at $1.50 per pound with a 10-pound minimum ($15 minimum charge). Specialty items may be priced separately. Please check pockets and disclose delicate, heavily soiled, or specialty items before drop-off. We may decline items that cannot be processed safely.
Payment and pickup
The final price may include specialty-item charges and applicable taxes. Payment is due before completed laundry is released. Locker customers should follow the pickup instructions and verification steps provided with their order.
Turnaround and unclaimed orders
Turnaround estimates depend on workload, item type, and equipment availability. Contact the store if you need a particular pickup time. For unclaimed orders, please contact the store to arrange collection; any handling is subject to applicable law.
Refunds and concerns
Please contact us promptly with your order information if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrectly billed. We review concerns individually and offer appropriate remedies under applicable law.
