Customers may provide their mobile phone number when dropping off laundry in person or by using the Sudz Laundry self-service kiosk.

By providing a mobile phone number and submitting a laundry order, the customer expressly agrees to receive transactional SMS messages regarding that order.

Messages may include:

Order confirmation
Order status updates
Payment requests
Pickup instructions
Locker assignments
Customer support messages

Sudz Laundry sends transactional SMS messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this service.
