Set Your Locker PIN

  1. Place your laundry in the selected locker and close the door.
  2. Choose a 4-digit PIN, then enter it on the locker keypad and press # to confirm.
  3. Lock the door and confirm that it is securely closed before leaving.

We will text you and email your new PIN when your order is completed.

When your laundry is ready, Sudz will send you a verification code. Enter that verification code at the kiosk to receive the pickup PIN for your locker.

Customer Responsibilities

Important reminders:

  • Empty all pockets before drop-off.
  • Remove all valuables.
  • No hazardous, flammable, or prohibited materials.
  • No dry cleaning items.
  • No underwear accepted.
  • Normal wear, fading, and shrinkage may occur during laundering.
  • Sudz Laundry is not liable for normal laundering wear.
  • Orders require identity verification before release.
  • Lockers are the only pickup method.
